This project involved new single storey front, rear and side extensions plus internal alterations to a detached property. Whilst the existing property was already a decent sized dwelling, when the client purchased the property is was in need of vast improvement and modernisation. We completely redesigned the property inside and out, providing the client with a fantastic family home.
The rear and left hand side extension provides a new open plan kitchen, living and dining area looking out onto the rear garden at ground floor level. These areas also link to separate tv room, games room and storage area. A new garage was also incorporated within this part of the works.
The right hand side and front extension provides a new utility and cloakroom accessed off the enlarged kitchen. The front of the property also benefits from a separate lounge and study. The space works really well, bringing the whole family together whilst at the same time providing areas that can be divided as required.
The exterior finishes have been completely redesigned, with the whole house benefitting from new white rendered finish throughout. The modern windows and large folding sliding doors ensure that whilst the property is extremely functionable internally, externally it is beautifully finished and can be greatly appreciated when looking upon the property whilst sitting in the garden.
